Big discounts for big senders
We offer big discounts to big senders. If you’re a big sender or want to avoid lots of small transactions, we offer a pre-purchasing service where you can buy email credits in advance. You can use them any time you wish and they never expire, plus we’re happy to refund any credits you don’t use. So if you know you will be sending to high numbers, buy some credits in one big transaction and save some cash.

Design Options
We offer a range of design options for you to choose from, which allows you to tailor your email campaigns to best match your brand identity and for a price that best suits your budget.
Option 1. – Customise one of pre-designed templates
Pick 3 of our standard templates, we’ll add your company logo and information and tweak the colours to suit for just £100 (plus VAT). This option gets you a level of customisation without a large investment.
Option 2. – Basic template design & build
We can create a basic template that matches your corporate colours , add your logo and company details from just £350 (plus VAT).
We’ll build your email template and load it into your Cloud 9 email marketing account, ready for you to use.
Option 3. – Get a complete custom design
If you’re looking for a really special solution that integrates custom graphics, auto-responders or social media feeds, or you need help on the creative direction of your email marketing we can help. You get a completely custom-designed email template ready to go on Cloud 9′s email marketing system. Our designers will work with you to create a bespoke design that you’re sure to love. we’ll also test it on all the leading email application to ensure it doesn’t break when it’s delivered, and give it a quick spam test to help ensure it gets delivered. All this for just £750 (plus VAT).
Remember – you only need to buy a template once – after that it’s purely down to delivery costs.
