STC has established a unique position within the UK travel market as the leader in tailor-made Swiss holidays.
The Brief:
Like every specialist independent travel company, there’s always competition from the large ‘bucket & spade’ operators, or direct web sales.
Our brief is to sell the benefits of a bespoke service, from people who REALLY know their destination, whilst demonstrating good value.
Our solution:
We work within the brand guidelines set out by Swiss Rail (the parent company), to ensure the UK collateral really hits the home market (we even help with the copy too).
We design and produce brochures and pricelists from single pages to 64 pages.
Print runs vary from just few digital copies to over 30,000 – all on time and all to budget.
We also manage Switzerland Travel Centre advertising, direct mail and exhibition material, as well as managing all their email marketing activity.
We changed to Cloud 9 for our email marketing and they pointed out where we were going wrong with targeting and content, and made some suggestions that we had not thought of before. When our next edition went out we instantly enjoyed a massive improvement in positive click rates.
